Overview
Sail to the uncharted north part of Mount Pelion, explore the sea caves there and spend some dreamy beach time on one of the most remote beaches on the peninsula.
For us, the area of the sea caves located on the northeast uninhabited part of Mount Pelion is home to some of the most breathtaking landscapes that the entire peninsula has to offer. That’s why we created this adventurous boat trip, to explore the legendary area of the sea caves and enjoy their crystal clear waters.
What you’ll do
Starting from either Chorefto or Agios Ioannis we will sail approximately 10 nautical miles to the North, to the wildest part of Pelion and visit the area of the sea caves, located almost at the end of the mountain’s limits.
Once there, we’ll explore the caves and make short breaks to swim in their waters. Then we’ll head to the most isolated beach of the region, for some idyllic beach time before heading back to the starting point of the trip!
The boat trip to the “Sea Caves of Thetis” is an experience that we believe no visitor should miss. Please note however that due to the fact that this trip only takes place when sea conditions are appropriate, availability is quite limited.
