Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy

for Multi-Day Adventures

Booking procedure

1. Reservation

You can proceed with a reservation anytime, by simply clicking on the “Reserve my spot” button, on the page of the trip that you are interested in. No payment is required at this point.

2. Acceptance of booking terms

Upon receiving your reservation request we will send you the booking terms and a liability waiver. You will have to carefully read these terms and waiver, for which we will require your written acceptance.

3. Deposit & confirmation

You are required to pay a deposit of EUR 300 per person, per trip. If your booking is made within 30 days of your trip’s start date then the full amount is payable. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive your deposit payment.

4. Balance payment

The balance payment of your booking will be due 30 days before your trip’s start date. If this balance is not paid when due, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the deposit and all other payments we have received from you will be put towards the cancellation fees detailed below.
If you cancel your trip:
a) 30 days or more before your trip’s start date, we charge your deposit of EUR 300 as a cancellation fee;
b) 20 to 29 days before your trip’s start date, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your trip;
c) 10 to 19 days before your trip’s start date, we charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the total cost of your trip;
d) 9 days or less before your trip’s start date, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of your trip.
