Cancellation policy for daily experiences

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. You may cancel your booking by notifying us at any time. Please review the following policy regarding cancellation fees, which are determined based on when we receive your cancellation notice and are calculated as a percentage of the total price of the cancelled Experience.

For certain Experiences, alternative cancellation terms may apply. We will advise you of any such specific cancellation requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking. We encourage you to carefully review these terms before finalizing your reservation.

Please note that although no deposit payment is required during the booking process, this cancellation policy becomes binding after you have accepted our booking terms and placed a booking.

No cancellation fee

No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your booking of an Experience and notify us:
● Up to 7 days before the scheduled start time of the Experience.
● Within 24 hours of making the booking, provided that the booking was made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the Experience.

100% cancellation fee

A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total price of the cancelled Experience will be charged if you:
● Do not show up for the scheduled Experience.
● Cancel your booking less than 7 days before the scheduled start time of the Experience.

Force Majeure

You can cancel your confirmed booking without any cancellation fee if “unavoidable circumstances” significantly impact either the Experience itself or your travel arrangements to its location. For the purpose of this policy, “unavoidable circumstances” include natural disasters, political events, pandemics and epidemics, industrial actions, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events.
