CANCELLATION POLICY for Daily Experiences
Cancel up to 7 days before the Experience starts with no cancellation charge(s), or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.
Important Notes
If you fail to show up or cancel less than 7 days before the Experience starts, you will be charged 100% of the cancelled Experience.
Although no deposit is required during the booking process, this cancellation policy is binding after you have accepted our booking terms, and placed a booking.
For certain Experiences, alternative cancellation terms may apply. We will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.
